YES, we are sending out parcels every day.

You can order as normal and we will be sending out your order on time from our warehouse - but please be patient as everything is taking a tiny bit longer at the moment via the Royal Mail UK Postal and Courier services. Couriers such as DHL, UPS & DPD that we use for next day services may miss their delivery deadlines on occasions due to staff illness, shortage delays and covid measures so we can not always guarantee 100% next day delivery. If you are ordering from the EU we are shipping as usual but please note there may be delays due to new customs regulations and you may be liable for vat on your goods. Orders from the USA,  there have been some heavy delays on the US postal customs services where there may be a backlog so if your order is urgent please get in touch with us for a courier shipment quote otherwise small International items to the USA will get shipped via the US postal service.

Please note if your order is being shipped outside of the UK or the European Union it is subject to duties and import taxes which are your responsibility to pay. You will be billed by your customs office of the destination country via your local courier who will contact you. Please ensure you have up to date mobile numbers on your order and always check your email spam folders. If in any doubt as to who the courier contacting you will be please get in touch at with your order reference number. 

Shipping working days are: orders received end of day Thursday, Friday's , during the weekend or during Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

We keep in stock most dog collars, dog leads, dog sweaters, dog carriers and dog coats as well as dog toys, cat toys and cat treats. Dog beds, Dog hats and some of our dog blankets are made to order and can have a wait time of about 2-3 weeks, so please allow up to 28 days for delivery or email us for earlier delivery dates on


When you bring your dog in for a bespoke fitting, we make priority time in the studio. A fitted dog coat, collar and lead will usually take 3 - 4 months, but unusual designs, or where we need to source unusual fabrics or embellishments can take longer. We will need to visit you to measure your dog to have their new garment sizes. Should further alterations be required, we will offer you the choice of a third fitting or delivery to your home, free of charge. Bespoke items are payable prior to work begins and are non refundable.


Your parcel is sent either Royal Mail tracked or with a reputable courier such as DPD, UKMail, Parcelforce, UPS or Interlink.


For your peace of mind we offer a full no-quibble guarantee. Our hand-crafted products are of the highest quality, and all are exclusive, original designs, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days in good condition as received in the original packaging and we will refund you - no questions asked. Please send the item registered or recorded post to the full value, as we can only refund products that are returned safely to the studio.


Please note Sale items must be returned within 7 days of date of Invoice and are not eligible for a refund but exchange or credit note only. P&P charges for UK residents on Sale item exchanges are £3.95 and as shown postage costs for overseas residents on our delivery cost page.


If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or different product, or wish to have a refund just return your goods in its unused condition and original packaging within 14 days with your contact name and daytime tel number enclosed and what you would like. Postage fees for the return of the goods within the 14 day period are not covered by Lovemydog & LISH. Premium or Express postage fees are not refunded. There is no postage charge for your first UK exchange when we return the exchanged item to you . Any further exchanges required, P&P is chargeable at £3.95. Sale or Clearance items are chargeable for postage on exchanges. The biggest reason our customers ask for an exchange is on sizes, particularly collars, so please take a few moments to measure your dog accurately before ordering - it really helps to get the right size first time. If you are a UK resident and would like a return label for non sale goods within your 14 day period please get in touch so we can assist

For an exchange or refund to be considered, any returned goods must be accompanied by the returns form (which can be found inside your package or inside your carton) .

Please send your items back as received in their original packaging with cordlocks attached, for high cost items, we recommend a tracked and signed for Royal Mail service . Lovemydog Ltd and LISH are not liable for goods in transit until they reach our premises. If you are using our UK free return service please contact us on and request a return label for your goods. Be sure you obtain proof of postage when your item is returned. See our Terms & Conditions for more information.

If you cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage you paid, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you paid for express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. If you are outside the UK you will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage charges if you cancel after the 14 days allowed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or if you only cancel part of your order.
