Dog Lead Size Guide

Check our "Fits With" column guide for which Dog Lead works with which size collar ( a Medium Lead will not work with a size Small or Midi Collar).  All leads may vary slightly in length, the measurements shown are an approximate guide.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or different product, or wish to have a refund just return your goods in its unused condition, swing ticket attached and in original packaging within 14 days. The biggest reason our customers ask for an exchange is on sizes, so please take a few moments to check our Lead to Collar size chart before ordering - it really helps to get the right size first time as LISH does not cover the cost of your return, please check our Delivery page for any further information.

The Spencer Luscious Purple Dog Lead is strong enough to last a lifetime and yet soft and supple so it's gentle on your hand. An icon of understated design each one is hand cut and finished by traditional British saddle-makers.

Easy care designer dog lead

It's unlikely you’ll need to clean your Spencer Luscious Purple Lead, but if needs a bit of a freshen up, simply wipe with a damp cloth. If it gets wet, simply leave at room temperature to dry naturally. Now and then give your leather a feed with a natural leather wax conditioner that will keep your lead soft, supple, and prevent it from drying out. Please be aware that adding a wax-based product of any kind to your lead may darken the colour slightly each time.

Eco Vegetable Dyed Leather

The quality of vegetable tanned leather develops its own patina over time as it ages and retains many of its natural characteristics. Due to the nature of vegetable dyed leather the colours may fade.  When new, it may also leave a trace of colour on your dog’s neck, which is completely harmless and will disappear after a short time.

Our leather comes from cattle raised on European farms, that have high standards of welfare, meeting or exceeding the highest regulations. We hope that you will appreciate any slight variations in the thickness, colour and texture of your eco leather product as a sign of its authenticity.

The Spencer Luscious Purple Dog Lead comes in three different widths to match each size of collar to suit all dog breeds. The large size lead is also slightly longer.
